About Training
At the gym:
Come and train with me at the world-class Anytime Fitness Gym in Chatswood. Fitted out with the best resistance machines, weights and cardio equipment in Australia.

Sessions are 55 – 60 mins.
When your training starts I will complete a head to toe structural balance assessment with you. This will allow me to identify any flexibility issues and strength imbalances you may have that will limit your performance and results. We will then work on correcting these in your first few programs. This is vitally important to ensure adequate range of motion around all your joints so you can train properly and also greatly reduce the likelihood of future injuries. You will get a new program every month ensuring maximum results from your training and keeping it constantly fresh and stimulating.

You can train one-on-one, or with a partner.
60 minute session:
One on one $130 Two people - $80 each.
30 minute session:
One on one $70 Two people - $40 each.

Online coaching:
If you don’t live in Sydney, or can’t get to Anytime Fitness Chatswood, I can write your program for you.
A new program each month will be $60.
